Buying
Where do your items come from?
Every item is submitted by our community and hand‑inspected by our team for condition, cleanliness, and authenticity before it goes live in the shop.
What conditions do you accept?
We list items graded as Like New, Good, or Fair. Each product page shows the grade badge plus a short description of wear.
How do I pick the right size?
We show the brand’s labeled size and our standardized size label. If in doubt, choose the larger option—kids grow fast!
Can I favorite items?
Yes. Sign in and tap the heart to add items to Favorites. We’ll keep them synced across devices until they sell out.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch in 1–2 business days. Delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days depending on your location.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is €3.99, free for orders €30 and above. The cart and checkout automatically apply free shipping when eligible.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also find it in your Orders page when signed in.
Something arrived damaged—what now?
Contact support within 7 days with photos of the issue. If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in the same condition received. Initiate via your Orders page or email support.
Are returns free?
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was misgraded or incorrect. In those cases we cover the label.
Selling & Payouts
How do I sell with KidsRewear?
Request a pickup box, fill it with clean items, and send it to us. We inspect, photograph, list, and ship your items to buyers.
What do I earn?
You earn a share of the sale price after processing. Earnings can be paid out or kept as store credit for a higher value when you shop.
How long until items go live?
Most boxes are processed and listed within 7–10 business days after arrival at our facility.
How do payouts work?
Choose bank transfer for cash or keep balance as store credit at checkout. Payouts are batched weekly once items sell.
Payments & Credit
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, MobilePay, and SEPA bank transfer. See the payment icons in checkout and footer.
Can I use store credit?
Yes. At checkout, toggle “Use store credit” to apply your balance. If credit covers the full amount, no card is needed.
Are payments secure?
All payments run through Stripe. We never store card details on our servers.
Sustainability
Why buy secondhand?
Extending the life of kids’ clothes cuts carbon, water, and waste. Every purchase keeps quality garments in use longer.
What happens to items you don’t accept?
We return or responsibly donate items we can’t list, based on your preference when you submit a box.
