Track Your Submission

Enter your submission reference when your parcel is being processed. This gives you an exact status snapshot.

You can search using any of these: full submission ID (from email), short dashboard ID (e.g. #67D19D23), or tracking number (e.g. POSTI-TEST-123ABC).

Open Dashboard → Submission History to copy the short ID or tracking number.
