The rules for shopping and selling with KidsRewear
Please read these terms carefully—they outline how orders, returns, payouts, and accounts work on our managed kidswear resale platform. If anything is unclear, reach out before proceeding.

Overview & Acceptance
- KidsRewear is a managed resale service for children’s clothing. By creating an account, shopping, or sending items to us, you agree to these Terms.
- You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account, contact, and payment details.
- We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the latest version.
Shopping & Orders
- Each product listing is a single, inspected item graded as Like New, Good, or Fair with photos and condition notes.
- Checkout and payments run through Stripe; card details are not stored on our servers.
- Dispatch window: we pack within 1–2 business days; delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days.
- Shipping is €3.99, free for orders €30 and above. Fees show at checkout before you pay.
Returns & Refunds
- You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in the same condition received.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was misgraded, incorrect, or damaged in transit by us.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Selling / Consignment
- You send us a box using the submission flow; we inspect, photograph, list, and ship accepted items on your behalf.
- Acceptance depends on cleanliness, condition, authenticity, and demand. Items we cannot list are handled per your stated preference (return or donate).
- Pricing and payout model: Like New 40%, Good 35%, Fair 30% of the final sale price is paid to you.
- Processing time: most boxes are inspected and listed within 7–10 business days after arrival.
- Payouts are triggered after an item sells and are batched weekly. You may choose cash-out or apply balance as store credit.
- You authorize us to adjust pricing, run promotions, or unlist items to improve sell-through while respecting the payout percentages above.
Payouts, Taxes & Balances
- You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your earnings.
- We may place temporary holds on balances to investigate fraud, chargebacks, or operational issues.
- Unclaimed balances remain on your account; dormancy handling follows applicable law where you reside.
Your Account
- Keep login credentials secure; you’re responsible for all activity under your account.
- Provide truthful information for shipping, returns, submissions, and payouts. Misuse or fraud can lead to suspension.
- You may close your account at any time; outstanding orders, submissions, or balances will be processed under these Terms.
Content, Data & Third Parties
- We use third-party processors such as Stripe (payments) and Cloudinary (media hosting); their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
- Do not upload infringing, harmful, or unlawful content in submissions, messages, or reviews.

Liability & Disputes
- The service is provided “as is” except where consumer protections require otherwise; to the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for a purchase or the payout due for a sold item.
- If items are lost or damaged while in our care before sale, we will refund or credit you up to the expected payout for that item.
- Please contact us first for any dispute; if unresolved, applicable consumer rights in your jurisdiction still apply.
